Identified

Dear Customers,

Our upstream carrier engineers have advised us of a fibre break between Sunshine Exchange and Thomastown hub site in Victoria.

We have been advised that the cable break is due to a motor vehicle accident at the corner of Settlement Rd and Dalton Rd Melbourne.

The damage is substantial and involves high voltage lines that will need to be made safe before any remediation works can commence.

Power pole replacement is expected to be completed in the next 120 mins. Once completed, fibre crew will be able to start hauling replacement cabling at around 6am.

If you have inquiries or questions, please email us at support@encoo.com.au quoting INC2024091601 in the subject title.

We will continue to update you via this notification channel.
