We would like to inform you that between 1:30 AM and 3:39 AM 17th of May 2025, we detected multiple NBN data services experienced an interruption.
The disruption was caused by a planned upstream maintenance activity, which unfortunately resulted in an unexpectedly broader impact than initially advised.
Following investigation and engagement with our upstream provider, the issue has now been fully resolved, and all affected services have been restored.
We will continue to monitor the stability of the links closely and will be conducting a review of the incident with the upstream provider to understand the cause of the extended impact and prevent future occurrences.
