The following advisory is to inform you of an upcoming major planned service maintenance.


Purpose of this Maintenance:
We are conducting major core equipment upgrades to ensure critical systems and infrastructures remain robust and secure. This essential maintenance is a part of our long-term strategy, planned well in advance to ensure the ongoing stability and security of our customer network.

Upon completion of the maintenance activities, all services will restored automatically.

Description of event:
Encoo is performing planned network maintenance, as part of the maintenance some core network devices will be upgraded and routes will reconverge, some services will experience a brief dropout. Customers can expect 2 x separate interruptions during the outage window. All services will restored automatically upon completion of the maintenance.
