Description of event:

An emergency upgrade will be perform on the Encoo soft switching platform, during which there may be a small intermittent interruption with calls (Inbound / Outbound / Registration) as the upgrade takes place.

Estimated degradation of service during event:

Services may experience up to 30 minute break during the works window
